How do I return an item?

All sales are final 30 days after shipment date. We will refund the cost of your merchandise. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Apparel

Please inspect your garment for fit and quality. If it does not meet your expectations you can either receive a refund for the cost of the merchandise or exchange it for another item. Any returned clothing must be in new and saleable condition. We cannot accept clothing that has been worn or washed. Removal of labels and tags will indicate that the garment has been worn. Cigarette smoke damage, strong perfumes, any wear and tear, or other damage will result in the item being ineligible for a refund or exchange. When returning an item, please use USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground and obtain a tracking number. Include a copy of your sales receipt in the box so we can match the returned item to the correct customer account.

Items Damaged During Shipping
Please notify us within 5 days of receipt. Keep the box and all packaging materials. Send us a photo of the damaged box and items. We will file a claim with the shipping company and send you a replacement item.
